1. Get a domain
If you already have a website, you already have a domain: it is the part after “www.”. Otherwise, choose a short name close to your company’s and buy it from a registrar, for a yearly fee.
2. Add business email
Pick an email provider and follow its steps to connect your domain. It tells you which records to add at your registrar. Then create your own address, such as you@yourcompany.com.
3. Verify your company on rolefig
Sign in with your new address and create your company using your website on the same domain. It is verified right away. Using a personal email, or hiring for a client’s domain? Add one DNS record instead; your company page shows exactly what to add. If your company is already on rolefig, sign in with your work email and ask to join from My company.
