A simpler way to find good work.
rolefig starts with the company behind the role. A place to get to know a team, understand the work, and tell your own story through a conversation.
Starting with Apex Works
Apex Works is the first company this product is being built for. The idea is simple: roles shared on other job boards bring people back to a company page with more context, clearer expectations, and a better first conversation.
A working preview
Apex Works now has a published profile and current openings sourced from its MeetAPX careers site. Those openings link to the company’s existing applications. Other company profiles and roles remain clearly labeled examples. rolefig does not submit applications on your behalf. Preview pages remain excluded from search indexing.
Your story stays yours
Saved roles, employer drafts, resumes, search profiles, channel preferences, quiz drafts, and simulated application history are stored only in this browser. They don’t sync across devices and can be lost if you clear browser data. You can export a resume or role draft as text, or use Print to save a resume as a PDF. Use Start over in the resume workspace to clear the local resume and conversation.
The guided resume flow organizes the words you provide. When the optional AI connection is enabled, messages and the current draft are sent to Anthropic to help write the resume. Voice input, where available, uses your browser’s speech service. Review the text before sending and the resume before sharing.
What comes after the preview
Published company profiles and openings are available through the API, CLI, and MCP. Company publishing access is provisioned for the pilot; self-service employer signup is not available yet. My search includes guided onboarding, explicit review, pause controls, and a demo allowance of ten simulated applications per UTC month, capped at two per day. The hiring workspace lets a company create short role-specific quizzes and preview candidate answers. Email, Telegram, and Slack selections are setup previews; no external accounts are connected. The next direction is a career profile that supports a small employer shortlist, mutual-interest invitations, and interviews you approve. Accounts, private shared storage, discovery controls, and real delivery must be in place first. No automated screening or hiring decisions happen in this version. Company response pledges and potential earned credits are product proposals, not verified badges or issued rewards.
